The degradation of standard grade products can be caused by the combined action of process cycle and strong decaying flux in high temperature environment.
The solution to this problem is to use Durostone < CFR-781, which is specially equipped with corrosive flux and high temperature process.
1. Resins used in the production of Durostone < CFR781 can withstand high temperatures up to 300 degrees C.
2. When the solder bath temperature exceeds 265 C and the preheating temperature at the bottom of PCB plate exceeds 140 C, Durostone CFR781 is used to replace the standard grade products.
3. Durostone < CFR781 has excellent flux resistance. When using flux containing halogen or binary antelopic acid in mass production, the service life of standard grade products is shortened. Therefore, Durostone < CFR781 is an ideal solution.
